Welcome to Soroptimist International of Fallon
We are a volunteer service organization for women in business, management and the professions working through service projects to advance human rights and the status of women. We are part of a global organization that works towards "Making A Difference for Women"
The History of Soroptimist International
The first Soroptimist club was formed in 1921 by a group of 80 women in Oakland, Alameda County, California. They chose their name from to latin words meaning "Best for Women".
We are now in
DISTRICT III 
When We Meet
Regular Meetings are held 1st, 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 12:00PM at The Stockmans Casino Steakhouse. Business Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month, exclusing the fist Thursday of each quarter.
Evening Business Meetings are held quaterly at The Maine Street Cafe' 6:00 pm
Board Meetings are held the 1st Monday of the month noon at Pizza Barn.
Committee Meetings are held the 4th Thursday of each month, during regularly sheduled meetings
